We encourage riders to register in advance which will help us plan for food, etc. The registration fee is $30/rider which includes lunch and one t-shirt. Not riding? No problem! Lunch is available for $10.00 and additional donations are, of course, welcome. Admission to the tent for the speakers and band is free.
Individual riders may register on the day of the ride at the starting location in Ware. The registration fee on the day of the event is $30/rider and includes lunch. A t-shirt may be offered pending ability. There’s no way to know your size or plan for order quantities if you do not pre-register.
Each rider may have one passenger without an additional registration fee. We ask that each registrant provide basic information about that passenger at registration. A t-shirt for your passenger is not provided with the registration fee. Your passenger may either purchase a t-shirt at the event (pending availability) or order a t-shirt.
If you would like to establish a “Rider Group”, you can indicate this on the registration form. A Rider Group can have no fewer than two riders. Choose a name for your group. Your group may also ride in honor of someone. Additionally, you can indicate if you’re planning on fundraising for your Rider Group. This is a great way to raise additional money for the Rally by telling your friends and family the name of your group and your fundraising goal.
There will not be a rain date. In the event of inclement weather, the speakers, bands, and lunch event in Worcester will begin at 12:00 pm. We encourage everyone to attend and show support for our community and our loved ones. Remember, recovery is real and positive change affects everyone!
Rider registrations are non-refundable. Riders participate in Rally 2 Recovery at their own risk. R2R is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged possessions at the start location, en route during the ride, nor at the destination in Worcester.
